I asked Hikaru to join the group blog, and she agreed. Welcome, Hika-chan ^_^ I slept at 8 am this morning O_O Talking on the phone for almost 3 hours with my bestfriend Bayu.. whew! Good thing I can wake up at 1.30 pm =P I'm proud of myself *lol* Well, I'm usually a sleepyhead, mind you ^^;;;
I had to wake up early, cause there was a Permias (Indonesian Students Association) first meeting (for the semester) at my apartment. It was a mess x_x Most people showed up almost 2 hours late from schedule *supposedly started at 5, but the majority showed up at 6.45 pm!*. Only 2 people showed up early. (Note: "early" for Indonesian means half an hour late. Now "on time" means 1 hour late O_O Got the idea already? ^^;). I was feeling rather guilty to them for having to wait, although I'm of course not at fault at all. But being a host and all that.. well it's kind of a burden a bit. Especially when they had to leave early without having dinner first.
It was supposed to be a welcome event for the new students, but one new student didn't show up O_O Now the main purpose was eliminated, and everyone seemed to blame the president for it. *helloo.. weren't most of you guys late to begin with??* Well, I don't know.. it's not who to blame for or whose fault that was, but if people were more motivated, it could have been a successful meeting. After everyone was done having dinner, I left with 3 other guys, playing billiard at the student union building on campus. I came back at 11 pm.. and here I am now.. trying to make a new layout for this blog... >_<

I've spent about 10 hours yesterday! *I guess* But everything just goes wrong *sobs* I used tons of brushes already and my eyes are getting sore, yet I think I have to start all over again *sob sob* Why is it so hard for me to get an inspiration in design? ~_~ Argh, whatever.. Had a chat with Shampoo after long time no meet *waves to Shampoo*.. I had a brilliant idea of making a group blog =D Shampoo agreed, so we divide the works. She's going to do the layout, I'm thinking of the title... I slept over at a friend's place since Sunday so I couldn't connect a lot. I just wanted to check my mail via a reliable web-based email so I browsed through Free Email Providers Guide, and I finally signed up at gmx.net after a long time searching. However, I couldn't check my POP mail and I didn't have time to figure out why since my friend needed to use the phone, so I just gave up and disconnected. That was the only internet experience while staying there ^^;

Hiya! I'm so happy ^^ The domain registration is completed, so now's the time to spoil the secret! Here's my new domain: vilette.net =P What do you think? I love that name so much.. I've been wanting a domain with the name "vilette" for a long time. I came across the name from altern.org, and I decided to use that as my nickname, besides lisette. Then I checked vilette.com, but it's already registered under Name Planet. So I signed up for some accounts using vilette.com as the domain. I was very slow thinking all this time, not trying to check whether vilette.net is available or not ^^;; I'm soooo sleepy today ~_~ I only slept for 3 hours last night. The biggest reason is, I was thinking of what anime/manga to choose for a quick shrine while I'm still here.. So I checked my Candy Candy manga, trying to recall the ending by reading manga #9. Next time I knew, I couldn't resist not to read all the other 8 manga.. I'm tempted =P I finished reading at around 6 am *big yawn* Now, bed time!

I joined cynical webring. Souhi added me to the ring almost right away ^^ Thanks, Souhi! Now, I really need to work on my sites, but I don't have the material here. Most of them are left back in the USA. I have an idea of making either a Ryo Saeba shrine or City Hunter site, moreover since all the City Hunter manga are here. But I'm leaving in a week, and I still have a lot of tasks to accomplish. That involves going out with my friends (bowling, karaoke, cinema, cafe), eating in restaurants I've been dreaming of, shopping (the clothes here are a lot cheaper!), and buying some food that I'm gonna take back with to USA. Therefore I don't have much time left... ~_~ Ahh, I'm gonna miss home so much ;_;

This may seem weird, but after I talked with Alexa for about 1.5 hours in ICQ, I feel so much better. I was really depressed before, but I enjoy our conversation a lot that my depression cease away. Especially considering how relieved I am when I read the emails *smile* I'm so happy for you, Alexa! That made my day, too, believe it or not. I'm pushed by the happiness wave ^^
I finally registered a domain name I've been wanting to have for a long time! Yayyy!! *cheering in joy and excitement* =D However, I can't put the name here until everything's done to avoid the unexpected *grin* I registered it through Dot Easy since I don't really need a lot of space for starter. That was the start of the mood switch, followed by the conversation with Alexa, up into the cloud of happiness. But now I'm sooo sleepy *look at the time* ~_~ I don't want sleepiness to spoil my happy mood so I'd better sleep now. Looking forward to a beautiful day tomorrow *hoping intensely*

They seem to be in a dilemma, which focus to the one and only center of everyone's problem: L.O.V.E. *ugh* -_- To be honest, I'm in that dilemma now... I need someone to share my life with badly, but then no one seems to fit into my preferences. Yet I'm hungry of loving someone and being loved. It's running through my veins, my brain, my heart. Every inch of my body aches, overflown with love, without the ability to transfer it to anyone... what should I do now? *deep sigh* I don't know... I just want to be hugged ~_~ by a particular person *you know who you are* No, nothing special, not the L word, no... just a dream, the dream of an intimacy and affection between a family *you could say that* and the important meaning of a HUG... *takes another deep breath* This is such a distressful entry, I know.. Novacaine.net now belongs to Mary of ame // rain. I love the new layout, featuring Eric Close *what a cutey* ^.~ And it's blue! I love blue so much ^^ My Japanese tutor didn't come again. It's been 2 weeks that she didn't come. So far, she only came twice. Not that I wanted her to come, though =P I'm really lazy to wake up early *but you all know that already* ^^;;; Well, she'd better come next week since I'm flying back to USA next Saturday, Aug 26th. Unless she doesn't want to be paid, which I doubt a lot =P

Here you go! What do you think? Not amusingly beautiful or anything, it's just nice and cute, in my opinion. I love the colors so much, and the overall shade is smooth and calming. Oh, and I pick kravitz as my 8th favorite font ^^ The first 7 of my favorite fonts are all listed already, those being: violation, cobb, sevenet 7, inkburrow, carpenter, orav, and velvet.

WOW!! This has to be entered in my personal record: I slept 18 hours straight last night!!! Wow wow wow =D Crazy me.. *lol* There are reasons behind that, of course ^^ Let's set back the time for a while...
When I went to Anyer Beach on Saturday, I realized in the morning that I had my period *_* God knows how I always suffer from the pain and the cramps. And to my utter disbelief, I didn't bring the savior of my sufferings: Midol! O_O So there I was.. suffering from both upper and bottom pain all Saturday night till Sunday morning @_@ And I was on the beach, no less *whine* I wanted to play with the waves so bad.. I ended up letting my legs soaked while watching the others catching the waves. Above all, I enjoyed the very short holiday-at-the-beach so much =^_^= The end result: I was completely worn off, really tired and sleepy. So I slept at 7.30 pm yesterday.... and didn't wake up until 1.30 pm today!! I couldn't believe myself ^^;;;;
Now on to the next project: making an art for the Untitled webring. My current idea is to use the premiere layout of this weblog and modify it here and there. I couldn't bear not to use it since it's such a nice layout indeed ^^;;

I accompany my mom watching Thomas Crown Affair on DVD, although I've watched it a few months ago. I love the movie so much!! And Pierce Brosnan *drools* is more adorable than ever! He's so galant and charming. He's the perfect cast for the character of Thomas Crown, although for the movie itself, Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway (who starred in the original 1968 Thomas Crown Affair) are still the best. They fit so perfectly well with the characters of the movie and they are both handsome and beautiful.
The swell on my cheek reaches its largest state *frown* I'm compressing it with some ice now... Oh, I'm going to Anyer Beach this afternoon! Yayyy... Actually it's pretty exciting, but this swell reduces the excitement a little bit >_< FYI, Anyer beach is located in West Java, Indonesia. About 2.5 hours from Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, where I live. There will be around 15 people altogether in 2 rented houses by the beach. Hopefully everything goes well. But oh! this cheek *_* Alright, bed time!

Anyone who knows me wouldn't believe how little I eat today! Only 2 times, not much, and porridge, by all means. Not that I detest porridge, I actually love porridge, but not the plain one and with this pain -_- My cheek gets swollen so big, looks like a hot bun *anyone hungry?* =P Above all, today happens to be my most diligent day in Indonesia =P I'm working all day, starting at 2 pm. Making a layout for my gbook. I love the Kohaku images so much.. very cute ^^ I'm in the mood for CLAMP now, who knows all my layouts might turn CLAMPy very soon =P

OUCH!! My cheek :~( I had a wisdom tooth surgery last night, the bottom right one. Only one tooth, but it took almost 2 hours due to its very strong root! And the pain... almost unbearable ;_; And yet I'm diligent today, creating this layout in replacement of the last one, which doesn't work in Netscape. I make the design and talk to Bayu, my bestfriend, in the same time. Actually I should say, I'm listening to him talking =P I can barely talk anyway... =P I hope I can sleep well now *_* Oh, Val's Sakurazukamori.net has a new layout, the last of Soryuuden series. I adore her designs. She's very talented, combining both webdesign with anime using javascript and dHTML, which are used in a very organized way. And the use of color! Beautiful and stunning... match perfectly with each other. I wish I had just half of her talent. Keep up the good work, Val-sama! =)

I'm having fun downloading fonts the whole night =P Got a lot of great ones from Eyesaw. Utopia Fonts also has a bunch of good ones. The most exciting part is, you can actually try the fonts by typing in a box made by Flash. Cool! ^o^ Other great sites: Fuel Fonts, Smoking Drum, and ZX26 still rules.

Not much online experiences happened to me lately, especially during my holiday in Indonesia. The worst internet connection I've ever known -_- Not to mention the bad phone line already. All of that complete the laziness to connect. I still check emails at least every other day. But I never reply to any emails, nor do I have the urge to update my homepage. As if the slow connection isn't bad enough, it always takes me at least 30 minutes to connect (after redialing for the 10th time), especially in busy hours. If it gets connected on the first dial, it doesn't guarantee it will stay connected. In the next 10 minutes, it suddenly gets disconnected. Oh my goodness! -_- That's why I'm tired already. Besides that, I still browse every once in a while.
Wahh, Belldandy.net has a new layout! Beautiful Yohko image *drools* Angel is very neat with layout design and I like how she organizes her collective. Margot's new collective, Rogue is awesome, I love the design so much. Although I can't deny that I do miss her closed domain, onmyouji.net.
Oh by the way, I use Indosat Net for my ISP here. A friend of mine told me there's a free dial-up ISP in Jakarta, from Link Net. I haven't tried it yet though. I'm gonna sign up some time soon!

Yay! I finally got Card Captor Sakura set of clow cards, The Clow! ^^ It's originally 3500 Yen, but I bought it for $50 from Kinokuniya while I went shopping at Plaza Indonesia with my brother. Wah, so many goodies, not enough time! At least I got The Clow ^_^ Oh I'm so happy =D Knowing that it was actually reserved for someone (there were 2 left, both were already reserved), and they let me buy it, that completes the happiness ^^; At first I had to backorder it from Japan, and it would take 1 to 3 months! Phew.. thank God I don't have to wait that long.
I downloaded Melodies of Life, the ending song of Final Fantasy IX. Warning, it's 8 mb! *took me 2 hours with this kind of connection* O_o It's worth it though.. Here's the lyric. Alrighty, I need to sleep now. Look at the time! *_*

It actually took me 2 days to complete the layout and content of this blog. Apparently, it always takes around 2 - 3 days to create a new layout from scratch. The summer snow layout I created for my anime domain, ikkoku.net, also took 3 days! Wowie.. am I that uncreative? >_< I know a lot of people create a beautiful new layout only in matter of a day or a night. I have to learn to speed up ^^;;
Right now, I'm enjoying reading Alexa's weblog, Vanity and Suspicion. I love the Maron layout so much! She's so talented at blending the image into the background, it merges so smoothly... Alexaaa, teach me! *_*
Okay I gotta go now.. I'm gonna accompany my brother to go shopping. He needs some new clothes and pants badly. I'm gonna be royal tonight ^^
