Fel, Selene ~ I LOVEEE spicy food! XD XD XD In fact, chili is my first husband *lol* You can ask Kara or Bayu ~ they'll know how crazy I am with chili. My friends always say, "You're not eating food with chili, you're eating chili with food!" You will almost never see me eating food without chili, especially Indonesian food. I and Kara are used to bring our own bottle of chili whenever we go out to dinner here *laughs* No one has ever matched my fondness of chili and how much I can stand it... except for my parents ^^ I think it's genetic *nods and grins* I also love fried food.. everything fried is good, especially this fried squid I'm having for dinner *munch munch* Yummy!! =9 And yes, all those warteg and kaki lima (sorry, English speaking people... It's too much hassle to explain =P) are the best! Fel, too bad I couldn't bring you to Wak Tompo in Semarang last time we met.. The food is soooo good! You have to try it, especially the chili... sambel terasi.. nyum nyum. Enak bangettt! (meaning: soooo delicious =P) Whoops, you don't like chili either ^^; Anyhow, I've been looking for the lyrics of New York Afternoon (by Rare Silk), but of course it's nowhere to be found. If there's any kind soul out there who has the lyrics, would you please please send me one? It is greatly appreciated! Alright... back to study.

*is shading her eyes with sunglasses* Alexaaaa, your new layout of yours is _very_ bright! XD But it's pretty nonetheless ^^ I want to talk to you now, but this complicated Art 297C assignments need to be completed today or I will be whacked by the professor *pouts* When final exams are over, I promise I will have more time on the net! Until then, ne? Helen, I like your layout, too. Simple yet pretty. Btw, did you realize that the year on your blog is 1998? ^^; Oh ya, a little correction... my nick is Lisette, not Lissete *grins* Fel, frog is good actually =9 I can never understand why people would eat dogs -_- I could never do that.. I love dogs too much. And speaking of dogs, I want to have a golden retriever as soon as I get a job and I'm settled somewhere.

Alex, H&M's link is simply hm.com ^^ Yeah, I love H&M, too. Last time I went there, I bought more than 10 items! XD Well, including gifts, too... but still.... =P I wish they had online store.. I really want to be able to buy from them online, since it's kind of a hassle going to New York everytime just to be able to shop at H&M, you know? I've been in scanning spree since yesterday, both photos & anime images. I wanted to make a photo album, which would be a part of my personal site, but of course I need a nice layout and I've had designer's block for the longest time... so you figure ^^; I'll do it soon though.. perhaps after I'm done with finals. Miri, you do? XD I am deeply in love with Fake, you can tell *lol* I really need a larger dose of Fake fanfic *_* Oh, I've finally ordered the full manga (vol.1-7) & translations from Acclimate Solution! I'm so addicted, aren't I? =P I'm addicted to all yaoi actually... I just watched Kaze to Ki no Uta (The Song of Wind and Trees), Lesson XX, and Fish In The Trap. They're okay... I'm not as interested in them as I am in Fake, though. Ahh, I need the manga right now! *_*

Ahhhh ~~~ feels good after sleeping for 12 hours last night! XD Count that as a revenge action for not getting enough sleep for 3 days in a row. I should be studying for finals next week, but I want to enjoy my weekend for a while *grins* Found this site on my tracker. Nice layout and little tidbits ^^ I want to see more Chobits images on the net... they're really pretty! And I just found a pretty interesting details: there are a lot of German websites on my referrers. I wonder how & why....? Oh, I just tried counted.com as my new tracker and I like it much! I especially love the complete list of referrers. It has always been my favorite on a stat. The annoying thing is that I have to put up a big button (88x31) and there aren't many choice of colors so I have to stick with what they have -- and it looks bad with my current theme at ikkoku.net so I moved it wayyyy down to the bottom ^^; Fellll ~~ I love Indonesian food to heart *pouts* They have the best spices and taste, in my opinion! Oh, don't forget that Chinese food, and many other countries' cuisines (including Western food) also use inner organs in the food. Of course, you -don't- have to eat them if you don't like. I myself don't like most of them. But I have to say that some of them are delicious *nods* Banyak yang enak kok Fel. Paru, misalnya.. atau usus ~~ sedapp =9 Heheheh.. Kamu engga suka sama sekali? Speaking of food, my lunch is waiting for me. Fried squid, fried squid, fried squid!! *squeals* XD

One final exam down, five more to go -_- One of them will be tonight, the other four are next week. The question is, what to do right now... sleep? study? sleep? study? sleep? sleep? sleep? *yawns* I only had 3.5 hours of sleep last night ~_~ The last New York pictures have been developed. The ones that were taken at daylight are very nice, but those that were taken at night aren't very good. The camera wasn't correctly set for taking pictures at night, therefore the light didn't spread equally nice in the dark. As a result, my face is really white from the incorrectly biased reflection of the light. What a pity ~~~ I'll scan them later.. too tired to do it right now. *is stumbling slowly to the bed* Oyasumi nasai! *clumsily waves*

My current obsession: y. a. o. i XD XD I watched Fake yesterday and since it's the OVA, I'm tempted to order the manga now. I'm more interested in Fake rather than Bronze/Zetsuai and Ai no Kusabi (I've watched the latter series). This is the first fanfic (it's from Fake) that truly got me all emotional. Last time I was that touched was when I read The Phantom by Susan Kay. I still am touched everytime I read it. Both have the same elements that I truly adore: wonderfully sewn words & tender expressions of the characters' feelings -- so that I can put myself in the character's shoes and feel his/her feelings. Thumbs up for the writer of the fic ^^ Luno, thanks so much for the instructions! :D I'll reply tomorrow, kay? I want to go home so bad ;_; I won't be able to for at least another year... I'll miss Indonesia for sure *sighs*

It's already 11 PM and the temp is 75° F! *finally gives in... goes out and turns on the AC* I can't stand it anymore.. I'm getting a headache because of the heat and not enough water *gulps down as much water as she could* You see, the weather fluctuation in State College is scary. It might be 80s today, but it's forecasted to be high 64° and low 37° tomorrow. Compare the weather at night: 75° and 37°, that's half of the day before! And showers / thunderstorms, too! *is getting ready for some unpleasantness*

*steals link from Fel* Thanks, honeyyy ^_~ I know three words (those being chthonic, gnomon, and hiragana) from this quiz =D Not bad, eh? I know chthonic because I've taken Greek mythology class. Gnomon because there's a copy center in my town called "Gnomon Copy" (so I got curious one day and checked for the meaning). Hiragana because.... well you know, because I love everything about Japan! XD Fel, I'll be a third party that doesn't support your intention to get a tattoo =P I love my skin too much to even consider getting a tattoo *lol* Now, how many times would you see me being narcissistic? Almost never! So bear with me on this one, ne? XD Anyhow, *coughs* how many pierced holes do you have on each side of your ears? Oh ya, Fel, try sending Namezero another email. I once emailed them and it was replied very quickly -- about 2 or 3 days later. But perhaps I was just lucky ^^; *steals another link from Fel* ^_~ I hope you wouldn't mind *poke poke* WAHHH!! Michael Jordan is coming back to NBA!! I would be so glad if that comes true. He has been the only basketball player that I truly like. By the way, this is a good quiz. I've always loved literal sayings like these. And this is a great quiz for everyone, especially *no offense* English-speaking people. I've seen too many incorrectly spelled words all over the net.

Kyaaaa... I'm soooo happy!! XD XD My biggest problem and stress-inducer for the passing week has been resolved! Arigato gozaimashita, Kami-sama... *looks above and smiles* It's really scary to see how a mere inducer can cause such a great stress on myself. But I've always been like that; I get easily stressed out and depressed no matter how small the inducer might be. Special thanks for my bestfriend Bayu for his continuous and neverending support. I know I can always depend on you ^_~ Thanks so much from the bottom of my heart *hugs* It's 82° F outside! Finally! :D Having lived in east coast for almost 4 years, I can testify that weather does affect your mood a lot. Even if I'm depressed, when the weather is very nice outside, I feel better. I would feel much worse when it's raining and gloomy. Despite the constant changes of weather, I still want to live in east coast. Even though I know I'll move to California after I graduate, I'm still hoping I'll get a job somewhere in east coast before I have to move.. so that I don't have to go to California. I know many of you will say I'm stupid for thinking so, but I do like east coast. It's more... professional, for some reason ^^; *quickly hides before people throw things at her* Professional is not the perfect description, of course. I just can't come up with a better *and non-offensive* word. But here's a good discussion of the difference between east coast and west coast. Above all, everyone has their own choice and preference, so be happy with what you like ^^ Business Terminology - East Coast vs West Coast XD That is so true *lol* And this is for those who love emoticons, like me *points to self* Everything is compiled here : The Mother of all Humor Archives. Read it for yourself, they're very good :D

From Cacharel's Spring 2001 collection: I want this cap. And this gingham cap. This obi is pretty. Smaller obi. Bigger obi (I love obi XD). And this purse. One more purse. Cute sandals. And this pretty dress. Another dress. Very feminine dress. And finally... one last dress. I just don't have the money ;_; And why did I even look at the collection and make myself drooling & sighing all the time? *whacks self*

But both are hard to find ~~ at least from where I live *of course!* I just realized... my taste for clothes are very diversed. From Urban Outfitters to Marc Jacobs. From Anna Sui to Gap. And now I'm in love with bowling bag and doctor's bag. And I must end this insanity as soon as possible. Sheesh, I've been like this the whole spring semester! O_O

Whatever happens to all doteasy domains? I can't seem to open any, not even mine. I wonder what's the matter with the internet -- I've encountered too many down sites lately. I've been having bad days this week. There have been problems (that I don't want to talk about); big and small, some are finished and some are still ongoing. And with the weather being such a bitch (or bastard? you choose) makes me feel even more disconsolate. What's more, I still have 5 projects for Art 297C (I've been procrastinating big time with this class, can't you tell? ^^;) and a 4-page paper for Art 297B to do by this Sunday. Homework assignments are piling up and finals are coming within a week -_- NYAAAAAAAAAA!!! *sinks deeper in a state of delirium* (Isn't my choice of words wonderful today? ^_~) Anne, I don't think "bete" has the exact equivalent word in English.. but I would use "bad mood" for the closest translation. Or "I have a bad day", or "I'm pissed off"... but all of them are not the exact translations. There are a lot of words that can't be translated right away ^^; Selene, my heartfelt condolences on your parted grandmother. Sorry to hear that. I'm bored I actually play poker on IRC ^^; While chatting, of course. I haven't touched IRC for the longest time. Strange how I once got hooked on it for years.

music : smokey robinson - just to see her ~ download ~ lyrics ~ Quote of the day: "This song *points above* is dedicated for me; from everyone who knows me" by Kara's older sister, Ivi (said last Saturday, April 14th when we were cooking at Kara's house) Elyse: uh... oookay.... *then bursted out laughing with Kara and Aldo* XD Dican, the dorms only provide "raw" furniture. So for the bed, there is only a mattress, without anything on top -- no linens & covers/cases, no pillows, nothing on it. That's why I can't stand dorms.. and fled after 1 year having been tortured in a dorm >_< Now about bolster, American bolster is totally different than the one we Indonesians usually have, ya know? It's not the round one, but rather a long pillow (rectangle). So I recommend you bring your own. I believe a new bolster is still very small -- still in the vacuumed plastic, so it should fit without any problem in your travelbag. Or if you want to bring your old/used one, then vacuum it into a plastic so that the size is much smaller. That's what I did ^^ But yeah, like Elisha said, you can always go to Wal Mart or Target if you still need things. Both are quite close from campus (Penn State is such a small town) and their stuff are relatively cheap. Alternatively, you can go to Nittany Mall (10 minutes driving from center of campus), of which is not quite a -mall- in my opinion, but at least there are department stores such as Sears, JC Penney, Kaufmann's, and Bonton, along with regular retail stores (my favorites being Bath & Body Works and Victoria's Secret). Of course, dorm food -always- sucks o_O But if you live at the west halls, the dining common there has the most okay food than any other halls. How many unasked questions of yours have I covered now? ^^

Awww.... this is so cute! *_* And this, too! Too bad I don't put any shortcuts on my desktop anymore. But I downloaded them in case I change my mind later. I'm currently checking the links on CLAMP's link page. Look, another PennStater ^^ Btw, Dican, do bring your bolster! You'll need it badly, trust me. So have you decided yet? Speaking of whom, I have never seen Yoshe anymore ;_; Where have you disappeared to, Yoshe? Do you have any other SNs that I have not known about?

Happy Easter! My body aches, my back hurts, my right hand is a bit paralyzed & weak -- all because of 3 games of bowling, one after another -_-; Not only that, I had been cooking since Friday night for the Indonesian Students Association's gathering on Saturday. It was the last big gathering before I graduate and I might not see most of the people again since finals are coming in two weeks and most of them don't take summer session. Therefore, I and Kara cooked for the whole Indonesians... imagine how hard we worked -_- We wanted to have original Indonesian food since this might've been the last time for them to taste our cooking. Considering the difficulty of Indonesian cooking, it took 6 hours on Friday and another 6 hours on Saturday to finish them all (4 dishes total). And we went bowling right after the gathering. And now, sleep is all I need. Good night!

Isabela-channn, pastelmood.com is finally up & running :D I'm so happy! Joey, it was just a spur of the moment, don't worry ^_- It wasn't ICQ's fault, actually.... just that the people on my ICQ list (the non-anime community people) are not polite and I've had enough of impoliteness lately. That's why I exploded. Thanks for the concern, though ^^ And a big thank you goes to Anne, too. At least I know I still have reliable friends out there *hugs both of you* Mary, if I don't get to see you before you go to Japan, have a safe trip and have fun, kay? Bring me goodies from Osaka, ne? XD *is reading people's blogs* Hmmm.. apparently a lot of things happened over the weekend; not-so-good things. I'm glad I had a wonderful weekend in New York! It was only the two of us girls: myself and Kara, but we had the greatest fun! If you ask me, we actually didn't do anything much. We just strolled along Soho, East Village, and Tribeca area.. shopping, eating good food (oh how I missed good food!), hanging out in cafes for hours... pretty much being half a New Yorker :3 We also watched the dance musical Fosse on Broadway. The main star, Ann Reinking, was amazing! I think she's more than 50 years old right now, but her voice is wonderful and she still dances very well. She was very young in All That Jazz (I really want to see this movie!). The evening we saw Fosse was the last performance for Keith Roberts & Elizabeth Parkinson. Those two were amazing as well. I really want to learn how to dance now after I saw Fosse. The dances are sooo difficult! All hail to Bob Fosse for his coreography. Oh, I also like Ken Alan ~_^ He's cute and he dances very well. But most likely he's gay ._. Now I can't wait for the NY pictures to be developed. I and Kara dressed up like French XD We wore trenchcoats (with black sweaters & skirts inside) and I wore a black men's cap (I don't know the name... it's a felt cap one with deep back like this and this). Oh, we ended up not being able to see The View talkshow though. The ABC studio for the show was full that morning, which very rarely happened before. As a result, we were given a complimentary VIP ticket for any future show (and we can pick any dates we want, too ^^). I've been browsing through fanfiction.net lately. I love the fanfics, especially this one. Maison Ikkoku fictions are very rare online. Maybe I should write one? =P I don't know. I haven't written fictions for such a long time, I might not be able to come up with good ideas. Alright, time to do my homework...

Happy belated birthday, Heck! I just found out your birthday ^^; Gomen nasai.. Anyway, where are you? I never saw you on ICQ anymore. Last time we talked was like more than a month ago. I miss you already! Message me anytime you're online, kay? ^^ Joey, Alexa is blogging about _ _ _ _ (fill in the blank) XD Of course! Couldn't you tell? ^_- I haven't talked to Alexa, but I believe that's what it is. Ne, Alexa? *wink wink* It's a GOOD news for me, then? *is excited* Um.. eh, tell me if I'm wrong, though ^^; Flipper-chaaaaann :D I want to talk to youuuuu *whines* I never see you -at all- on ICQ! Anyhow, I had a safe trip, thank you very much *smiles* I've uploaded several new MP3s to ikkoku.net and deleted a few of the anime MP3s. I really want to work on the sites & layout, but you know the circumstances *sighs* Can't wait until I'm graduating! Anyway, Arlene (my previous roomie) is coming this Thursday ^^ I miss her! All of the Indonesians are going to hold a big gathering all day on Saturday. If the weather is nice, we might hold a BBQ party! Isn't it wonderful? I hope it won't rain. *is incredibly irritated right now* I would never message anyone (who is NOT my close friends) on ICQ again!! If you want to talk to me, then message me! Sheesh.. so much effort to be nice and the result? Total ignorance & unsympathetic replies! Really, good manner & educated behavior are the two most important rules of human interaction. At least in MY life. I must admit that I quite easily get offended, but I'm a very considerate person and I adore good manners above all. I get really irritated with unfriendly & stupid manners coming from educated people! Where has your many years of education gone to?! But of course... this world is full of stupid people after all.

Ooh, it was sooo nice today -- about 55 F in the evening! How wonderful. I can open my window without turning on the heater & snuggle inside my warm comforter :D Uh wait -- I can't ;_; I haven't finished studying for tomorrow's exam. Still so many readings to go... Sorry I didn't go online today, Alexa. Kara and another friend came & I couldn't abandon them. I hope I'll see you tomorrow afternoon before I go to New York ^^ And what the hell is wrong with dotster? o_O It's taking too long to open a page! I need to see the status of my transferred domain asap! Please workkk *taps her finger impatiently on the desk* Ah, it finally works.... butttt, the domain transfer request has been rejected for the third time! Why is dotster doing this to me?! ;_; Anne, I can't go home anymore. Not until I get a job and the company is willing to sponsor H-1 (working visa) for me. Then I would only have a very short holiday and I might not be able to go home anyway. What's 1 week to do in Indonesia anyway? It's wasting money, I tell you. So basically I won't be able to come home anymore... not until I decide to quit my job & go back to Indonesia for good. That's still years away from now ~_~ That's one thing I don't like about graduating. I won't be able to go everywhere so easily on holidays. Cause you can skip classes, but you can't skip work unless you want to be fired. Heee, I wouldn't have noticed had you not mentioned it, Selene! Yeah, the colors of our blogs are reversed alright. I'm so bored of this layout... better change it soon. This anime-episodes-downloading spree has reached 15 CDs!! XD That equals 9 gigs! I've been abusing VNN2000 alright *lmao* Ahh, how wonderful to have such a fast cable connection *kisses her lovely computer* I'll love you forever, as long as the screen doesn't turn blue again *snickers* Nyaaaaaa... benkyo benkyo benkyooo... ja mata neeeee *gets hyper and runs off*

Turned out I didn't go to career fair after all. I wasn't ready at all. I didn't finish researching the companies I wanted to approach. I still had to sew my pants -- that's the only formal & nice suit I have and I totally forgot to alter the pants -_- Moreover, it was raining and snowing continuously today (yes, in the beginning of April, no less! How wonderful! o_O). Basically everything didn't work well and therefore I skipped the career fair. It wouldn't have done me any good after all. Unless you have a very high GPA or you're involved in a lot of organizations, they will trash your resume the moment they set eyes upon it. I'd better do some research & apply on my own. I have a headache ~_~ Especially after being extra patient & listening to someone continuously whining about his relationship problem. My head's going to explode if he calls once again O_O He has called me 4 or 5 times today, 30 minutes each time. I can't stand anymore. I'm not your relationship counselor! Stop being so feminine and be a guy, for once! Sheeesh ¬_¬ Boys Be is a good anime ^^ I just watched 4 episodes of it on fansub videos. I've been downloading anime episodes like crazy -- Yami no Matsuei, Ayashi no Ceres, Kodocha, CCS 2nd Movie (The Sealed Card), Clamp in Wonderland, Argento Soma, FLCL (Furikuri), Kazemakase Tsukikage Ran, NTHT (Now and Then, Here and There), and some short videos & commercials (CCS, KKJ, Wish, YnM, etc). I've burnt all of the files to 7 CDs; they're eating up my hard disk if I don't. I haven't watched most of them though. Just being lazy and enjoying the fast cable connection XD As soon as I have time, I will install greymatter *makes mental notes* I am sick of blogger's downtime. Anne, now that you mentioned Kino & Maru... I really want to go homeeee ;_; But I can't go home anymore *shakes head*.. not for at least another year. I'm going to miss Jakarta so much *_*

music : les miserables - a little fall of rain (by eponine & marius)I've been having this music inside of my head since 2 days ago *_* The scene is very sad though... Eponine dying held in Marius' arms. Let's see how long the song will stay in my head... Oh! I forgot to mention Stephen Bishop, who played Javert. I truly like his voice! I think his voice stands up amongst others.. just like Michael Crawford in Phantom of the Opera. Michael Crawford is my all-time favorite singer! Trinity, Elyse is fine ^^ It's actually your choice.. you can call me whatever name you like. Selene, that *points above* is the title of the song ^^ I also love that song, along with I Dreamed A Dream (by Fantine), One More Day, and Do You Hear The People Sing (Finale). Those are the most famous songs anyway, so no wonder people love those. *lol* You misunderstood, Anne dearie ^^; Enjoying life in my case means not having to struggle through courses I do not really like. If I majored in psychology, I had to take science-related courses and I truly hate those. I don't want to struggle and suffer meaninglessly just to get a bachelor degree in psychology. Of course I like studying about psychology itself, but I give up on the other additional courses that I would have to take. And that implies to my fondness of enjoying life: taking courses I truly like (although not all of them, obviously, but one has to sacrifice several things in every way, no?). Of course, the state of enjoying life depends on each person. If you like psychology, and you're willing to struggle through the learning materials and still enjoy life that way, then that is wonderful! You have the capability to balance your life, between assignments & having fun. Such is the case for you, and I'm glad you enjoy it. Such is not the case with me, since I can't stand biology, physics, chemistry, and all that sort -_- Different circumstances, yes? ^^ Oh, and I can always study about psychology by reading psychology books. That is so much more convenient, I don't have to deal with other unrelated & unnecessary courses :D Ah! I recall the second Maruzen, the one in Kyoei Prince Building at Sudirman. I never knew there was one in Blok M Mall, although I went there quite often during junior high school. How does the price differ from Kinokuniya? Traffic is very good, Luno! Watch it, watch it :D Neee... I really want to go to Yaoi Con :3 I know I will have moved to California by then, so I really want to go to San Francisco for the con and, of course, roam around the city since I haven't been there for ages. But... I'm broke -_-; I need a job -_- And speaking about jobs, Spring Career Day is this Tuesday and I haven't had my resume proofread yet >_< I'm so not ready *tilts head* Oh, and I really really want to go to Anime Expo this year, but it's on July 5 - 8 and my classes will end on July 6th ;_; I hope I still can attend on the Saturday & Sunday.... if I'm not broke by then, that is -_-

Hey Alex *pokes back at her* ^^ I currently live at an apartment unit. That is why I have cable modem. I loathe dorm so much that I fled from my university dorm after having lived there for a year. But anyway, you don't need a cable modem if you live on campus. The advantage of living on campus is (among other things) its very fast internet connection. Campuses usually have backbone network (LAN). So worry not, you will most likely be able to connect via university's backbone connection (usually T1). I have tasted the fastness during my one year stay ^^ Hmmm, apparently many people know the song "On My Own" below... ne, Selene? ^_- I love the song, as you can tell... especially the lyrics. Eponine is my favorite character in the play, even though she is much more tragic than Cosette. Perhaps that's what caught me -- Eponine's personality & tragic life. Apart from that, I really like how Diana Kaarina played Eponine at Les Miserables last Thursday. She has lovely voice -- and she's pretty, too ^^ I also like Stephen Tewksbury's voice (who played Enjolras). Thank you sooo much, Anne! I hope it's not too much hassle making the list ^^; Hoeee.. you and Mel have a domain? Tell me tell me! ICQ, hmm? :3 Nee, where exactly is Maruzen? I really don't remember the place anymore. Last time I went there was during high school, I think. No, perhaps later than that... I believe around 7 years ago? Not sure. I haven't been there in ages, I know. Is it on Sudirman or Thamrin? What building? I'm so forgetful lately ._. Hmm.. Rorschach, House-Tree-Person... in other word: psychology, ne? XD See... I don't want to major in psychology since it's too much trouble learning the materials. Kara is minoring in psychology and hearing her having to do 10-15 page paper for her psychology midterm exam is trouble enough >_< Yes, I love enjoying life too much XD I almost went to see Penn State soccer playing yesterday noon, but I was too tired and there was no place to sit. I didn't want to stand for one or two hours. Yes, I almost saw someone I liked and haven't seen since last summer ;_; He was playing alright ._. *refused to go into details* Oh well.. I hope there will be another next time.
